**Shipping** I will NOT shove your order into a flat rate paper envelope. I ship using a tyvek type material or bubble envelopes, with the occasional box (when needed). I almost never use flat rate priority as it is normally more expensive (or will damage the items - shoving into a paper envelope for example).

Frequently Asked Questions

What if you ship to the wrong address?

If the shipping address you have supplied to Etsy is incorrect, you will have to pay shipping to the proper address, once I have received the package in return. If the package is "returned to sender" you will have to pay the shipping to resend the package.

What if my package never arrives?

I do my best to ensure that every package leaves with a tracking number. I cannot control what happens while the package is under USPS control. If for whatever reason your package gets lost, I will do everything I can to track it. But I cannot control what happens within the USPS.

Will you take exchanges or give refunds?

There are specific situations where I will supply refunds. Refunds and exchanges are situational based.

Issue with order: My package hasn’t arrived yet.

Please understand I have no control over the orders once they leave my hands. If you still have not received your order with 7-10 business days (domestic only), I suggest contacting your local post office, as they will have much more information for you than I can offer. I package and ship orders promptly as to try to counter the severe delays that have become very regular with the shipping companies. I nor Etsy have any control over the shipping companies. If you would like to create an “issue”, it should be an issue with the usps, not Etsy or the shop owners.

What if I do not like what I bought?

Ask yourself a few questions.
-Did you review the photos?
-Did you read the description?
-Did you contact the seller PRIOR to purchase to ask any questions?

đź‘ŤIf the answer to these questions is yes, and you still are not happy with the product, you may return the item (unopened and unaltered) to the seller for a refund (cost of product). Any shipping and handle fees will NOT be returned. Buyer pays return shipping fees (provide seller with tracking #).

👎If the answer to these questions is No, my suggestion is to read the descriptions. They are there to help the buyers know what they are buying. The sellers cannot be held responsible if the buyer does not like, because “it wasn’t what I thought I was getting”. Please Read Descriptions.
